PJSC LUKOIL becomes the Gold Sponsor of the Future Leaders Forum

PJSC LUKOIL has become the Gold Sponsor of the 6th Future Leaders Forum of the World Petroleum Council. The agreement establishing the terms of cooperation has been signed between the Company and the Russian National Committee of the World Petroleum Council.

The Forum of Future Leaders of the World Petroleum Council will be held in St. Petersburg on June 23-28, 2019. Around 1200 students and young oil and gas engineers from dozens of countries around the world, top managers of the leading energy companies and distnguished experts are expected to participate. The professional community will be convening in St. Petersburg to discuss the strategic priorities and key issues of the current industry agenda.

In addition, the organizing team is going to include entertainment in the Forum Programme, so that the participants of the Forum could get to know Russia better and could get acquainted with the unique exhibits and sights of St. Petersburg. The main costs of the participants will be covered by the sponsorship fees.

Besides the financial aspect, the fact of attention of one of the world's leading oil and gas companies to the Future Leaders Forum is very important. I appreciate this decision of the Company's management," Vlada Streletskaya said.

The Organizing Committee of the 6th Youth Forum of the Future Leaders Forum of the World Petroleum Council is headed by the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak. The main events of the Forum Programme will take place at St. Petersburg Mining University, the oldest engineering school in Russia.
