Daily one-time meals will be organized for all students living in dormitories, as well as for scientific and pedagogical workers, employees, students with a high level of achievement, foreign students and postgraduates.

There will be a "one-time payment of 10,000 rubles to non-resident students who have gone to places of permanent residence, regardless of where they live". Teachers, leading educational and consulting work, will receive a salary supplement of 20 to 50%, taking into account the performance of particularly important work and the additional teaching loading.
